Dear Brethren,
It has been three months since Betty broke her leg and we hope when she goes back to the doctor next week that it will be healed enough that she will not have to wear the boot any longer. Yesterday she cried a lot because she thought Bob had left her, and did not want her any more, and all the explanation that I tried to make did not convince her that I was Bob. Her condition continues to decline, with about three days of things going along pretty well and then three days, not so well. After breakfast she will sleep on the sofa until about 1:00 p.m., and after she wakes up we find out just how the rest of the day will go.
While some of the ladies of the church stay with Betty, I get to attend both church services on Sunday. but have done no preaching nor teaching this month. I do hope to be able to attend one night of the Spring Conference at Thompson Road Baptist Church this month. I am now making plans for our conference here at First Baptist Church. That will be some time in the early Fall.
The Lord is being so very good to us.
In His Name,
Bobby D. Creiglow
