Dear Friends,

I invite you to rejoice with us for the marvelous recovery the Lord gave to our co-worker’s wife, Rosana. She has been having dialysis treatments for many months due to kidney failure. A few weeks ago Rosana´s sister donated one of her kidneys and the transplant surgery was performed. There were major complications and Rosana´s body began rejecting the kidney. The doctors did all they could, but told the family that only God could heal her. Her condition remained critical for many days, but through prayer and faith, the Lord has renewed her strength. The new kidney began functioning properly and Rosana has now returned home from the hospital to complete her recovery. We know that God answered prayer and we thank Him for his grace and mercy.

Two weeks ago, after our Sunday evening service, I stepped outside to speak with some members and visitors. I had the pleasure of meeting five teens who were visiting for the first time. They had come to our church as the result of one of our Training Center students having spoken with them on the street. We are presently teaching our trainees how to share the gospel of Jesus with people on a personal level. Those teens were touched by what Ronaldo, our trainee, had shared with them and they wanted to get to know more about the church that cared enough to reach out to them in their need.

The project life motorhome, Alpha, went to the interior of the state of São Paulo this past month. The team was privileged to present the gospel to 13 groups of public school students. There was an average of 200 students at each gospel presentation. Many individuals made public professions of faith in Jesus. Our second motorhome, Logos, continues to work in the vicinity of our base church while we attempt to put together the necessary resources to completely equip it for extended travel. We have received some very encouraging news and substantial offerings to help us in this effort and we thank those who have contributed. If you sense that God is leading you to participate in this ministry, please send your offering designated Project Life, and we will apply it to completing this effective ministry tool.

We thank you all for your prayers and concern for us. God has blessed me and my family. Charlene and I recently celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary, and the relationship we share is certainly the result of God´s grace in our lives. Our kids, Jessie and Brennen show tremendous love for the Lord and spiritual growth. We thank God for them and know that it is He who draws them to Himself. God uses you to encourage and sustain us in this rewarding work. It is our privilege to serve Him here.

In Jesus´ love,

Bobby, Charlene, Jessie and Brennen Wacaser
