Baptist Faith Missions maintains an advisory council of Directors. These Directors serve together to perform all the necessary functions to facilitate and coordinate the support of our missionary families.

The Directors do not ordain missionaries, "send" them, commission them, or assign fields of service to them. The missionaries' respective churches perform these functions as they are directed by the Holy Spirit.

Baptist Faith Missions believes that evangelism and world outreach should be done through New Testament Baptist churches. Each missionary is commissioned and sent to the field of service by a church and continues to work through his church while on the mission field.

The Directors do their work through the authority of the churches.
