Dear Friends,

As you may already know, during the month of April , Raquel and I were approved by the directors of Baptist Faith Missions to serve as Missionary Support Workers. We will be working with Igreja Tabernaculo Batista (Tabernacle Baptits Church) and Seminario Teologico Batista de Manaus (Baptist Theological Seminary of Manaus). Our purpose is to recruit, train, place and network youth pastors in Brazil. I will be implementing a Youth Pastor Training Curriculum with the Brazilian style of learning at heart. The intent is to make the learning process the most effective as possible.

My first missionary journey was to occur in August of this year, but due to scheduling, the trip was advanced to June of this year (this just happened within the last 48 hours). I leave on June 12th and return on July 7th. The total cost of the trip (tickets & travel expenses) comes to $1400.00. I would really appreciate your financial assistance and prayer. Our new website will be launched soon at www.hatchers.org. I will be posting content on there while in Brazil for you to be aware of what God is doing and for you to have specific prayer requests to take before the throne of God.
