David and Luciana worked with Tabernacle's youth outreach for the last four years. Four months ago they moved to the city of Macapa. Macapa is the capital city of the state of Amapa. They both have jobs to maintain their personal support. They took the opportunity to move with the vision of starting a Baptist Church. I visited them to scout for a location to rent for the mission. We found a nice building near the downtown area with good access; it will cost four hundred dollars a month. This is a great opportunity to invest in a new mission. We have three mission churches in the state of Roraima - city of Boa Vista. I was there twice this month to visit and encourage the missions. I was pleased to see the congregations growing in number and Christ-likeness. It's always great to meet the new converts and see their joy in Christ. That will uplift your spirit.

Judson will be teaching three modulars here in Brazil for youth leaders and pastors in the month of October. A dream is coming true - prepare leaders and churches to reach youth in the cities. We request your prayers for this project. The courses will be given in Sao Paulo, Porto Velho, and Manaus. Invest with us in this outreach and pray with us.
