March 1, 2004
Dear Friends,
Greetings to all in the name of Jesus. Anita and I arrived back to the United States to be met by snow in Tennessee and North Carolina! What a welcome! We have been with churches in North Carolina and Tennessee, and as I write this letter we are in Ludowici, Georgia, having been with two great churches here. March will see us back in Tennessee and then in Kentucky and Ohio. We do not have a permanent furlough address this time, so we are calling our little mini-van our "motor home", but we are enjoying our time with family and friends. Just try to reach us at the cell phone above, and it should have a signal about everywhere. We do not have voice mail so just keep trying. We
are looking forward to being with each of you.
My wife, Anita, had her right hand operated on on the 19th of February for carpal tunnel and she had almost immediate relief. The stitches come out this week, and then sometime the end of this month she should have the left hand operated on. Please be in prayer for her. Wearing the brace and bandages is quite awkward for someone who must travel continuously. Our daughter, Leah, is to be married May 15th, so we are also very much in preparations for that big day. Our son, Joshua, is a lieutenant in the United States Air Force, and he is to be sent to Qatar (south of Iraq) this month. We would appreciate you putting him on your prayer list. Thanks.
The works in Peru are giving good reports. We will tell you more about the Peru works when we come and visit you. Hope to see you soon.
On furlough,
Sheridan and Anita Stanton
